Sometimes the Universe gives you a blow to redirect your path.

Isn’t the year just screaming past? I feel like I can barely keep up. The notion that we’ve crossed the threshold of the third month seems quite unbelievable, but here we are!

Allowing myself to be vulnerable here, the past couple of months have been challenging, mostly in terms of my health. What began on the 1st of January as some pretty nasty pain in my neck and shoulder progressed to pins and needles and reduced function in my left arm. It has now been confirmed as severe cervical spinal stenosis across two vertebrae. Almost immediately, I was booked in for a nerve root block to alleviate the pain and other symptoms, but this is a temporary measure, not a cure. A neurosurgeon referral is on the way.

The diagnosis is more serious than my GP and I initially expected. It’s chronic and uncomfortable, and it has required me to take a deliberate look at where and how I direct my energy workwise to slow the condition’s progression. I’ve made the difficult decision to wind down my local jewellery brand (White Clay Mountain), which has flourished in the community for five years. Letting go isn’t easy, but the sustained neck flexion required to work meticulously for long periods over polymer clay collections on a flat tile is no longer a worthwhile trade-off for the brand’s success.

But this is not the end of my jewellery journey. What this has done is redirect me. I’m now focusing solely on Terra Lune readings and gemstone pieces, which allow me to work in shorter bursts and in more supportive positions. So maybe this is what needed to happen; a catalyst that has given me permission to release one of my business babies and simplify both my work and my life. This is not the first time a life hurdle has altered my trajectory, and (in hindsight) always for the better. I wonder if you’ve noticed similar instances in your life…

If you’re a budding Lenormand buff, I’ve pulled the cards below to illustrate this recent health setback: 5 Tree + 19 Tower + 21 Mountain + 17 Stork.

Tree is my significator for health. Paired with Tower, it indicates a health issue connected to the spine. Mountain speaks to the obstacle - a significant challenge to navigate - while Stork is a reminder that change and improvement are possible, even to be expected.

Lately, my greatest joy has been anticipating the delivery of silver settings and gemstones. None more exciting than the arrival of a huge order of responsibly sourced Indonesian cabochons in collaboration with Kirby at Visionary Crystals.

I’m so grateful that Kirby and I found each other on TikTok and that she introduced me to the magic of Indonesian materials. TikTok has really surprised me, bringing truly beautiful souls into my life. I’ve never met someone with such a tender heart for Earth’s creatures (excluding spiders) and communities less fortunate than our own. As Indonesian materials rise in popularity, I’m investing exclusively in Visionary Crystals’ Indonesian pieces from here on out.

Kirby’s humility would never allow her to share what follows, so I will. Sorry, Kirbs, but someone had to shout it…

Kirby buys entire rocks, paying mining families in full, families she has built genuine, lasting relationships with. Even when pieces don’t meet her standards, or shipments arrive damaged at significant cost, she absorbs the loss. More than that, she allows her contacts to resell pieces she doesn’t select, giving them the opportunity to be paid twice. She refuses to haggle their margins down to next to nothing. In fact, she often pays more than asked, choosing instead to narrow her own margins, simply because she cares. Integrity like this is so, so rare in this space.

Kirby invests significant time and creative energy into commissioning slab cuts, classic crystal shapes, and custom hand-carved pieces. The designs she carefully develops and refines over weeks are often copied by others who see her success. Just imagine how disheartening this must be! But she persists regardless. And why? Because she genuinely loves and believes in the extraordinary materials from our Pacific neighbours, and her generosity is returned in the exceptional quality she receives from Indonesia.

All of this is why I source my cabochons exclusively through Kirby. I trust this amazing human completely, and so can you.

Speaking of which, I know many of you are waiting for the launch of my Indonesian line, ‘Scenic.’ Below is a sneak peek of two gorgeous sterling silver chalcedony pendants, displaying washes of lilac and apricot, born from the same rock as Kirby’s beautiful bird carvings (pictured).

I honestly wish I could move faster on the broader collection, but some things are worth the wait! When I’m able to bring it fully to life, this collection will be truly exceptional, I promise.

I didn’t need a new direction this year, just a different way of travelling…

I gave myself the final goal of the end of January to land on my word for 2026. I kept coming back to ‘slow,’ and then rebelling against the concept. And I didn’t quite meet my own deadline either, because it came to me this morning, and somehow it’s already the 1st of February. Slow and steady wins the race, right? Steady. Steady is my word.

I’m pairing it with the Lenormand card Ship. This card still captures movement and momentum, but it’s more paced than the aggressive, almost demanding energy of Rider. Ship is broader, more considered, more visionary. This kind of travel requires balance, foresight, planning, and (gawd forbid) patience. In a numerological personal 2 year, that feels important. I get to choose who I travel with, and then commit to a paced journey. There aren’t snap decisions. The course can change, but only with awareness and intention. And maybe I’m enjoying being a little rebellious… because Rider would make perfect sense in this year of the Fire Horse, but here I am deliberately slowing everything down, and (uncharacteristically) choosing water and flow over speed and force.

I’ve said many times before that astrology doesn’t come as naturally to me as cards or numerology, but I want to take it into account (astrologers, please reach out and correct me on things!). Part of why ‘steady’ keeps insisting on itself is that 2026 isn’t a year that rewards impulsive motion for me. As I understand it, Saturn and Neptune are both moving into Aries (my rising sign), which asks for something very different from my usual instinct to jump ahead first and work it out later. Saturn calls for considered, sustainable actions, built for the long haul. And then Neptune softens an identity driven by urgency and replaces it with something quieter and more intuitive. This classic Sagittarian still wants the horizon, but this year it’s not about chasing it. Instead, let’s choose a direction and stay the course.

We’re underway now.

February feels like the point where things begin to move. It’s not abrupt or all at once, but there’s a bit more momentum than January. After the chaos of the festive season and the slightly disoriented process of finding our feet at the start of the year, there’s a sense that many people are ready now; to ask questions, seek reflection, and engage again.

My TikTok Live readings have been regularly booking out on Monday and Tuesday evenings (thank you!), which has prompted me to trial putting sessions up in advance rather than opening them on the Live. It feels more in keeping with ‘steady’: clearer containers, less urgency, more space to arrive grounded. Private readings have begun flowing in again too, in that familiar way they do once the year starts gathering pace. I always love connecting one-on-one, but it feels even more important this year.

I’m also marking the release of my new Australian materials jewellery line, ‘Earthen’, which has already begun finding its way into the world. The name actually took some time to land on - I’m quite an intentional person and classic overthinker. I thought about landscape, Australiana, about satin bowerbirds collecting their treasures, and kept coming back to the stones themselves, their weight and their presence. Earthen speaks to land, groundedness, and being fully here. It felt like the most honest way to describe working with Australian stones.

Alongside this, I have more responsibly-sourced Indonesian materials arriving through my ongoing collaboration with Kirby at Visionary Crystals, which will allow the release of my line ‘Scenic’. That name came from how the iconic Indonesian chalcedony feels to me, like landscapes in miniature; the crystal that had me fall head-over-heels in love with Indonesian materials. Moss, inclusions, patterns that look like places rather than objects… Scenic felt like a way to honour not just their beauty, but their sense of place and story.

Both lines are slow by design. I source thoughtfully and select deliberately, paying close attention to each stone’s quality, beauty, and metaphysical feel. Different materials have different personalities. Scenic Moss feels grounding in a quieter, more mysterious, almost fairytale way, while stones like Mookaite feel weighty, solid, and deeply of the land.

Our new Sunday afternoon space (Exploring Readings Together) has already felt easy, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s a place where I can ramble, talk spirituality, pull cards with everyone, and follow whatever threads want to be explored. You’re welcome to bring your own decks, your questions, or just yourself. There’s nothing to buy and nothing to keep up with. It’s a genuine shared space to sit together, learn, and be curious.

So, how to wrap this up?

For me, ‘steady’ isn’t a resignation or complete loss of momentum. It’s a response to a personal 2 year that values attunement, a Fire Horse year I’m meeting with flowing water, and a wider astrological climate that is encouraging me to navigate rather than charge. It’s also an honouring of my body and intentional balancing of my often-flighty/fighty nervous system.

All of this feels like the same intention showing up in different ways, allowing things to unfold at a pace that feels sustainable. February won’t be loud for me (by choice). It’ll be a big breath in, ready to truly start the year steady.

I wasn’t ready to say this earlier.

It’s already the 5th, and I’m publishing this later than I intended.

Last year, my newsletter began to feel a little out of step with me. It wasn’t wrong as such, but it felt misaligned. I could feel myself writing with agendas in mind, within what I thought would be a predictable structure for readers, and it started to feel boring, hard, and not like me. It felt constructed rather than naturally in flow.

When I sat down to write this edition, that same feeling returned. I looked at the layout and realised I didn’t want to write at all. Because authenticity sits at the centre of how I work and live, I couldn’t move forward without addressing the disconnect.

So, I intentionally paused. This wasn’t to perfect the writing, mind you - actually the opposite! This year, I want it to feel freer, more honest, and authentically me, in my own sometimes-chaotic style. To heck with structure and selling.

And hey, I think it’s OK to admit when the way we’re showing up no longer feels like us. That might actually be the most authentic thing we can offer to ourselves and to others.

So Happy 2026! Let me commit to sharing who I am now, not who I was trying to be.

I love Christmas, but it’s complex.

I don’t think I’m alone in feeling a bit discombobulated after the festive season. Everything ramps up, routines are broken, and then suddenly it’s January and you’re meant to feel refreshed and ready, but you just feel scattered and exhausted.

Instead of pushing through it this year, I took a more intentional break and paid attention to what was really affecting me: perimenopause, ADHD, demanding family stuff, a life that’s been hectic and inconsistent over the past year… So nothing new! But all together it’s taken a bit of a toll lately.

At some point, someone half-jokingly blamed the full moon, and I laughed, but I also kind of loved that explanation. Astrology has never been the system I naturally find the easiest (numerology intrinsically makes more sense to me), but I do appreciate it for noticing patterns, especially when it gives us permission to be more compassionate with ourselves. There’s something comforting about understanding ourselves through natural cycles, especially for women.

We’ve just hit a Cancer Full Moon, sometimes called a Thunder Moon here in the Southern Hemisphere, and this can heighten emotional sensitivity, bring things to the surface, and make us more aware of where we really need support. And apparently, there’s also been a recent shift with Saturn, particularly affecting the mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces), which can intensify fear of failure and up rejection sensitivity.

Numerology is reinforcing the ‘slow down’ message for me too. I’m moving into a 2 personal year, which calls for a slower, more relational, more receptive approach. As much as I love momentum, it’s not a year for forcing… time to trust the dawdling instead of fighting it. Ugh!

What’s taking shape this year.

As I settle into my slower, more intentional pace, I also want to share what I’ll be focusing on this year.

Many of you will be happy to hear that I still light up performing readings. It’s an area I feel deeply grounded in, and I’m genuinely excited every time I log on to do a Live. My Reading Room Live will be on Monday and Tuesday evenings on TikTok, and I’ll also be returning to in-person readings on the first Tuesday of the month at the University of Wollongong (starting again in March). My full schedule is below and pinned on social media.

Alongside this, I’m making a quiet but important shift with my jewellery. I’m moving gemstones away from the White Clay Mountain name and bringing them under my own name (and RL logo). This feels like a natural move, and I think it reflects how personal and intentional the gemstone work has become for me.

On this front, I’ve recently introduced a premium, durable stainless steel gemstone bracelet line called Endure. This range is designed for everyday wear - anti-tarnish, anti-scratch, still intentional and beautiful.

I’m also in the early stages of creating my two new sterling silver lines, beginning with pendants and rings. One line features specifically Australian stones (so far, Mookaite, Nundoorite, and Stichtite). The other line is in collaboration with the incredible (and humble) Kirby of Visionary Crystals, and uses gemstones sourced through direct relationships with families in Indonesia. We cut out the middle person and genuinely care about the families we support. This also helps us to source the most beautiful examples of rare Indonesian materials as the diggers actually enjoy having a relationship with us! I already have my hands on some glorious Scenic Moss, with more to come.

All of the jewellery itself is designed and set by me here in Australia. What matters to me is that every piece carries intention, care, relationship, and human involvement.

Finally, I’m really looking forward to introducing a lazy Sunday afternoon TikTok Live: Exploring Readings Together. I won’t be reading - I’ll be supporting you in your own practice.

All of this feels like an extension of the same intention I have for this year, showing up in ways that feel sustainable, relational, and true.

It’s less than four weeks to Christmas. Yep. I just said that. And, mate, are we feeling the summer heat in the Illawarra! Welcome in the songs of the cicadas, the sizzling hot beach sand, and that magical buzz of the festive season. Everything is becoming louder, brighter, chattier…

The Lenormand card associated with December 2025 is the Birds card. Birds encompasses conversation, meetings, social buzz, nervous energy, and lots of small tasks; not surprising as we approach Christmas. Essentially, there’s a general feeling of restlessness and mental agitation.

This month, you might find yourself juggling messages, organising events, chatting to strangers in queues, or perhaps dating or interviewing for new jobs. Birds can also bring in gossip, so it’s worthwhile prepping for how you might tackle that.

I have a real soft spot for Australia’s native birds, so I chose Superb Fairywrens to illustrate my Birds card in The Mindful Lenormand (not in their actual colours!). Their sexual dimorphism reinforces the couple aspect of the card, and they capture that flitty, quick-moving energy perfectly. They’re also chatterboxes and move in little social circles - a lovely representation of that communication and connection interpretation.

Archetypally, the Birds card introduces The Storyteller. Storytellers observe, connect, and bring in life and chatter. They are not here to bring in a specific message like the Rider’s Messenger archetype, but to network and strengthen social bonds with voice and energy. They remind us that communication is an energy exchange - it’s new perspectives, it’s entertainment, it’s social glue. When Storyteller energy is around, expect vibrant get-togethers, elaborate tales, new ideas, and quickly deepening conversations.

Each archetype embodies a suite of strengths (things you do well, feel energised by, and are naturally drawn to use). The Storyteller is expressive and communicative, often chatty and gossipy. They are brilliant at delivering a narrative and connecting others through entertainment and conversation. It’s actually a very Gemini energy now that I’m thinking of it! 🌿 December in the Illawarra is when everything really leans into summer. The scraggly little Christmas Bush in my front garden has started producing her pretty little red flowers (not enough to fill a vase, though!), the Cinnamon Myrtle is flowering spectacularly and alive with the buzz of bees, and we found our first chunky, sparkly Christmas Beetle in the garden a few days ago!

🐦 We’re increasingly hearing the resident Boobook Owl calling throughout the night now, and the Channel-Billed Cuckoos have been hanging about in greater numbers this year. They’re such a peculiar, prehistoric-looking bird, and I’ve really enjoyed seeing them in flight in our neighbourhood.

🌕 Full Moon in Gemini (5 December)

Well, well, well, doesn’t this just match perfectly with the energy of the Birds card this month! Expect conversation, thinking, writing, questioning, and mental buzz generally. This is the moon to speak up, say the thing, clear the air. Put a voice to your intentions - are you brave enough to speak them out loud to the night sky?

🌑 New Moon in Capricorn (20 December)

And here comes the structured, steady energy of Capricorn, just in time to close out the year. The Birds combined with Capricorn gave me the imagery of gathering up all your scattered 2025 thoughts and stacking them in neat little piles, all ready for a practical reset. Do you set New Year’s resolutions or a ‘word of the year’? Write them down on a special piece of paper and pop a small stone on top. This will provide a physical anchor for the energy you want to carry into the new year.

November has been another fabulous social month, and it’s not set to stop in December! I’ve been running workshops and doing readings at parties and small gatherings, which is honestly one of my favourite things in the world to do! You’ll find me celebrating and selling my jewellery at Sketch Coffee and Art this week with my Mini Me - come and say hi!

I’m also so thrilled to announce that I’m working with the beautiful Kirby of Visionary Crystals to bring some gorgeous scenic moss jewellery to life. We’ve liaised directly with the small Indonesian diggers to source incredible, high-quality cabochons, which I’ll set in sterling silver jewellery in the new year. This is a particularly special project, and I’m so honoured to be working with Kirby on this - she is one inspiring human.

Another Custom Gemstone Jewellery Live in November resulted in a bunch of stunning jewellery yet again! I think this will continue to be a regular thing in 2026… but my final Custom Gemstone Jewellery Live of this year will be held this Friday 5th December. This should give you time to get hold of your goodies before Christmas (subject to the snail mail experts at Australia Post). Bracelets, earrings, pendants, and beaded rings are now available in my Lives. I just adore bringing your preferred gemstones, colours, and properties together in your unique pieces, so I’ve priced them super affordably for the quality. I want everyone to be able to access them. Because, wow, just look at your designs!

November? How did that happen?? Can you feel the shift as we move towards the Australian Summer and the festive season? The year is gathering momentum, and it’s approaching the time to gather up all those loose ends and push through to the finish line. Can you think of a card or symbol that may embody this kind of energy?

The Lenormand card associated with November 2025 is the Whip card. The Whip highlights negative, repetitive cycles in our lives and signals a month of hard work, potential conflict, and clearing stuff out. You may be pumping up your fitness regime, knuckling down at work, going hard with the Spring cleaning, or perhaps you’re stepping seriously into the role of cycle breaker. In positive news, the 3rd, 12th, 21st, and 30th bring in Clover energy, which may see little strokes of luck come your way. It really feels like a fast race to the finish of 2025, so by all means, embrace the pace! Just don’t forget to unwind when it’s all feeling a little too rushed.

Much like last month’s Scythe card, I chose to colour the more negatively associated Whip image in red when illustrating The Mindful Lenormand. Red is an apt colour for pain (think of the swift crack of a whip marking the skin). I purposefully chose to lay the Whip in a circular shape to capture the concept of repeated cycles.

Archetypally, the Whip card introduces The Martyr. Tough, tenacious, and hard-working, those with The Martyr birth archetype have seen their fair share of conflict and hardship, which has produced strong, driven individuals who can sometimes tend to self-sacrificing behaviour.

Each archetype embodies a suite of strengths (things you do well, feel energised by, and are naturally drawn to use). The Martyr is driven and incredibly resilient, with a fierce sense of justice. These individuals are intimately familiar with transforming pain into strength. If your energy spikes at this concept, choose one small daily ritual this month that you find difficult, and commit to repeating it every day until it’s mastered. Let yourself whinge about it, and then get it done!

The Whip card asks us to break repetitive cycles and claim back our energy, and the Full Supermoon in Taurus has some serious grounding power, bringing in stability, tangible progress, and earth connection. Cut through and clear out the resistance (Scythe) and commit to the step you’ve been avoiding (Whip). This energy perfectly suits an outdoor ritual with bare feet on the earth and a stone in your hand. I actually feel like some (safe) rock throwing would work well with this moon to release negative energy.

🌑 New Moon in Scorpio (20 November)

It’s time for some deep introspection and shadow work, ready to set some transformative intentions under the New Moon in Scorpio. The Whip combined with the water of Scorpio brought to me the imagery of casting a fishing rod out into dark water and seeing what truth comes up. Stop skimming the surface and delve into some truly honest reflection. This month, try writing your intention on a paper boat and floating it out onto moonlit water.

Rather than working alone in the studio, October saw me spoiled with social interaction! This looks set to continue in November, with parties, workshops, and the Wollongong Makers Market on the 8th and 9th at Innovation Campus.

I will be holding another Custom Gemstone Jewellery Live this Thursday 30th October! And this time, earrings and pendants will also be available. In more creative news, I had a successful weekend at the Scarborough Art Show, and the Opening Night was a blast (as always). Unsold artworks will be coming to the University of Wollongong UniShop soon.

I also trialled a new short-format jewellery workshop at the UniShop, which sold out in the final minutes! We’re in the midst of setting down a mid-November date, so keep your eyes on White Clay Mountain if you’re keen. Here in the southern hemisphere, the crispness of the morning air is fading, and we’re moving well into swimming weather. Soon, sunscreen will out-fragrance my perfume as I spend my afternoons floating in the pool while the kids splash around me. I’ve been so looking forward to blowing up the seasonal pool rings again!

The Lenormand card associated with October 2025 is the Scythe card. This month, the focus is on swift action and decisiveness. You may find yourself cutting ties with friends, family, or workplaces that no longer bring you joy and safety. Be vigilant to any danger this month as it’s high time for accidents, broken bones, and surgery… but also perfect timing for a fresh haircut!

I chose to colour the Scythe illustration for The Mindful Lenormand in reds. Red represents danger and caution, but it also captures the energy and swiftness of the Scythe.

This year, our monthly card culminates with the end of the late harvest in the northern hemisphere. To connect with the Scythe card, consider the tool and its intended use. In Lenormand circles, you may hear: “The Scythe cuts to the left and harvests to the right.” Remembering this rule can help with interpreting Scythe in combination with surrounding cards.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the archetype associated with the Scythe card is The Harvester. To me, this archetype feels like the Tarot Queen of Swords. The Harvester cuts straight to the point and doesn’t waste time holding onto what’s done. Decisions and endings can be painful, but they’re necessary for progress. The Harvester understands this and moves efficiently and with precision.

Each archetype embodies a suite of strengths (things you do well, feel energised by, and are naturally drawn to use). The Harvester has a natural drive to move things forward, an ability to inspire rapid change, and a knack for creating clarity and direction through foresight. I think we all could do with a Harvester in our lives! 🌿 In the Illawarra, it’s time for the rainforest vines to come out to play. The Scrambling Lilies are in bloom with pretty star-shaped flowers. They will soon give way to black berries that will sustain the Satin Bowerbirds. One of my own garden vines (Native Sarsaparilla) has been climbing brilliantly over a front fence. This beautiful little plant has been in flower for months, and now is the time for fertilising and prepping to cut it back. I’m yet to try brewing it, but hear it’s excellent with honey!

🐦 The Red Wattlebirds are now staking their claim on our front garden, bravely swooping the dogs and clucking at anyone who dares to walk out of the front door. Who is nesting or flitting into your yard at the moment? Don’t forget to record your visitors in the Aussie Bird Count, running from 20-26 October this year.

🌕 Full Supermoon in Aries (6 October)

If anyone knows how to get a fire started, it’s Aries. Take this opportunity to burn it all down (Coffin), cut through any hesitation (Scythe), and consider how you might bring others along for the ride (Rider). I’d say it’s the perfect time for a fire ritual (stay safe!)

🌑 New Moon in Libra (21 October)

Libra brings balance, harmony, and beauty. Now is the time to weigh your choices with discernment (Scythe), nurture connections (Dog), and open space for collaboration (Garden). Here is where you can lean into the foresight of The Harvester.

This month in the studio, my desk is covered in canvases, gemstone beads, and creative mess! You can now find my ‘Reader’s Stone Circle’ gemstone bracelets online for purchase. I’ll also be holding my very first Custom Gemstone Bracelet Live on TikTok on 16 October.

I love this time of year in Australia. The scent of wattle is in the air (my favourite!), the birds are establishing their territories, and the mornings are crisp with the days beginning to bring sunny warmth. Happy Spring!

The Lenormand card associated with September 2025 is the Dog card. This month, the focus is on friends, coworkers, trust, loyalty, and patience (yuck, not my strong point!)

The Dog card in The Mindful Lenormand features my faithful whippet, Bacon (Calahorra Mystic River).

What comes to mind for you when you picture a dog? Think of the words you’d use to describe a dog, the emotions you connect with them, and bam: you’ve built a foundation of your own to connect to your cards.

The archetype associated with the Dog card is The Companion. The Companion personifies faithfulness and reliability. They value and protect deep connections, freely extending the gift of unconditional love. Their friends are considered their chosen family, and their arms and homes are always open.

Each archetype embodies various strengths. A strength is something you do well, feel energised by, and are naturally drawn to use. The Companion reminds us to show up for our people without any expectation. 🐦 The Magpies are now swooping, and we’ll be welcoming back the migratory ‘coo-ee’ Eastern Koels and ‘gwauk-auk-auk-auk’ Channel-billed Cuckoos. One of my dear friends recently spotted a Regent Bowerbird; they’re displaying in rainforests as we speak, representing creativity and homemaking.

This month in the studio, I have a desk covered with cards and canvases. I’m just about to order my second prototype of The Mindful Reflection, a challenging reflective deck designed to affirm your strengths and confront your shadow. You may have seen me drawing on my initial prototype deck in my TikTok Lives. I’ve been thrilled with the accuracy and reception!

I’ve also started work on Tarot-inspired portraits of Australian native birds for the upcoming local Scarborough Art Show. Translating the symbolism of Tarot through the spirit of local birdlife is a brilliant way for me to honour my passions and get into a wellbeing-boosting state of flow.

I’m Rebecca: creative, coach, and card reader, and the maker behind The Mindful Lenormand and other Mindful decks.

Terra Lune Letters is my little corner of the web where I share card wisdom, nature-inspired insights, strength and wellbeing tidbits, and creative sparks from my studio. This is a place where I have the freedom to bring together the spiritual and the scientific in a way that feels true to my soul.

There is no AI here. This is all me (sorry, not sorry). I can’t promise consistency or grammatical perfection, but I can promise authenticity, honesty, connection, and (hopefully, what some may consider) wisdom.

1. What’s this all about

Each letter will bring you card spotlights and collective readings, seasonal nature wisdom, reflective tools, creative updates from my studio, and ways to work together and explore further.

2. Building virtual community

My hope is that these letters will represent an extension of the welcoming, supportive, and self-aware virtual community I am building across my different platforms. Of course, this is not something I can build alone - I need you!

3. Spam (and ham) free

At this stage, I plan to distribute letters monthly, starting with a First Edition quite soon… but I am also very open to suggestions (see point 2!). What I mean to make clear here is that I don’t plan to bombard you, and I genuinely invite feedback.
